- Customers that require service dogs are allowed to bring them on the boat however they are unable to fly.
- The maximum weight for participants is 250lbs each. The maximum combined weight is 450lbs, depending on wind conditions. The captain makes the final decision.
- Expectant mothers or those with serious mobility issues, neck or back problems are not permitted to participate.
- No cell phones/electronics are allowed while in the chute without waterproof case and strap.
- Flyers must be at least 6 years of age or older.
- Customer must be 18 to book this tour.
- Not handicap accessible.
- No pets, please.

- The trip is 1-1.5 hours long with the parasail flight being 8-10 minutes long.
- Customers may bring a small bag, water, and sunscreen on the boat.
- Activity has a minimum of 2 guests to depart. Maximum is 12 guests.
- You will be riding on a 2020 CWS 12 Passenger Parasail Boat.
- Free parking available on-site.
- No experience necessary.

Our group of 12 were pretty late because we went to the wrong company initially for our appointment time. But they were gracious enough to wait for us. None of us had ever parasailed before but it was such a fun couple of guys to show us a great time! We all had a blast!!! "I could not have been happier with my experience here. I had never been parasailing before and it was such a blast!! The guides were wonderful at what they do and they made the whole experience super safe and fun. It was such a comfortable, relaxed environment from the boat ride to the parasailing.
